I really like your Echoes album, particularly mtk02855-2 - there's something about that thin wire that pulls the whole image together.

Thank you for the comment, and thanks for the feedback. It was one of the images I was on the fence if to include it :) funny isn't it. I hope you have a great day

Re. your Kobunboku review: to me, it's almost entirely cinnamon and camphor. I also like it, but I know what you mean about the smokiness. There's a cigarette-like note right after lighting that does go away. I've always said it's best to reserve judgement on a new incense stick until the first ash has fallen.

Camphor, yes, that's exactly the note I was missing, the one I tried to describe as a more "monastic". The cinnamon and spice profile is strong for me too, and if it weren't for that camphor balance it would feel like a very seasonal incense. But with that cooler note, I can still see myself burning it in warmer months. I agree with you about taking time before forming an opinion. Incense can change a lot after the initial light, and it's worth trying it in different moments to see how it complements them. Thank you very much for the message, I really appreciate it. I hope you have a great day!
